This is to advise the public that the St. Patrick's Day Parade will be held on Sunday, March 12, 2005. To facilitate this event, no parking will be allowed on the following streets between the hours of 5 am and 3 pm on the day of the parade:

• 7th Street from Independence Avenue to Constitution Avenue, NW
• Constitution Avenue (north and south sides), from Pennsylvania Avenue, west to 23rd Street, NW

Additionally, the following streets will be closed during the same hours listed above:

• 1700 block of C Street, NW
• 1700 block of D Street, NW
• 1800 block of Virginia Avenue, NW

Constitution Avenue, NW will be closed to traffic from 7th Street to 23rd Street, NW, beginning at approximately 11 am.
