The Metropolitan Police Department is pleased to report that Sparky, the 4-year-old Shiatsu/Poodle mix stolen from the 3200 block of 11th  Street, NW on Tuesday, April 7, 2009, has been located.   An unidentified adult male familiar with the dog and his owner located Sparky at an undisclosed location and returned him to his owner at about 8:30 pm on the night of Saturday, April 11th.  Sparky is unharmed.
