Persons of Interest Sought in Armed Robbery: 1200 Block of W Street, NE

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating three persons of interest in connection with an armed robbery which occurred on Tuesday, November 27, 2012, in the 1200 block of W Street, NE.

The subjects entered the establishment at approximately 10:28 am. Surveillance video captured the subjects as they entered and exited the store.  The persons of interest are described as follows:

Subject 1: Black male, 18-20 years-old, 5’-7” to 5’9” inches tall with medium build. He was wearing a black waist-length jacket, a black hood, blue jeans and pink Foamposite shoes. He was armed with a black semi-automatic handgun.

Subject 2:  Black male, 18-20 years-old and medium complexion. He was wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, black and white with red tips (possibly Jordan Retro 4 shoes). He was armed with a silver semi-automatic handgun.

Subject 3:  Black male, 18-20 years-old, 5’8”-5’9” tall with medium complexion. He was wearing a black ¾-length Northface jacket, black hoodie, black ski pants and black and white shoes with red tips (possibly Jordan Retro 4).

The subjects may be operating a royal blue Infiniti with unknown Maryland tags.

Anyone with information that can assist in the identification of this subject is asked to call the police at (202) 727-9099. Additionally, anonymous information may be submitted to the department’s TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411. The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for any robbery committed in the District of Columbia.
