Person of Interest Sought in Robbery-Force and Violence: 4600 Block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, SW

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a person of interest in connection with a Robbery-Force and Violence incident which occurred in the 4600 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, SW on Thursday, May 2, 2013, at approximately 4:20 pm.

The suspect is described as a black male, 18-20 years of age, 5'9"-5'10" tall, 180-190 pounds, with medium complexion and a slight beard.

Anyone with information that can assist in the identification of this subject is asked to call the police at (202) 727-9099. Additionally, anonymous information may be submitted to the department’s TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411. The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $1,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a violent offense, including armed robbery, committed in the District of Columbia.
