Person of Interest Sought in a Bank Robbery: 1600 Block of Wisconsin Avenue, NW

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a person of interest in reference to a Bank Robbery which occurred at the TD Bank, located in the 1600 block of Wisconsin Avenue, NW, on Friday, January 31, 2014 at approximately 6:35 PM.

The subject was captured by the bank's surveillance cameras and is described as follows:

Black male, 30-40 years old, medium to dark complexion, muscular build, with a mustache. He was last seen wearing a black winter skull cap, a gray hooded sweatshirt that zips in the front and blue jeans.  This subject might have had a mole or scar on his right cheek.

Anyone who has information regarding this case should call police at 202-727-9099.  Additionally, information may be submitted to the TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411.  The Metropolitan Police Department offers a reward of up to $5,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for any robbery committed in the District of Columbia.
