Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Fourth District seek the public’s assistance in identifying a person of interest in reference to an Attempted Armed Robbery (Gun) offense that occurred on Monday, December 4, 2017, in the 4600 block of Georgia Avenue, Northwest.
At approximately 5:30 am, the victim was walking at the listed location. The suspect approached the victim from behind and demanded the victim to hand over his property. The victim refused and the suspect brandished a handgun. The suspect then fled the scene without obtaining any property.
