The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person identified as 23 year-old Joseph Madden.  He was last seen on Monday, September 29, 2014, in the 1000 block of Kearney Street, Northeast.

Mr. Madden is described as a white male, 6’1” tall, 170 pounds, hazel eyes, brown hair, fair complexion and a full beard.  He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, blue acid washed jeans, and black work boots.
