Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Monday, May 28, 2018, in the 700 block of Langston Terrace, Northeast.

At approximately 2:31 am, members of the Fifth District heard the sounds of gunshots and responded to the listed location. Upon arrival, members located an adult male victim suffering from gunshot wounds. DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services responded to the scene.  The victim displayed no signs consistent with life and remained on the scene until transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

The decedent has been identified as 24-year old Anthony Jerome Clark of Southeast, DC.

The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone that provides information which leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for any homicide committed in the District of Columbia.
