Homicide: 2600 Block of Douglas Road, SE

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch are investigating the fatal shooting which occurred in the 2600 block of Douglas Road, SE.  

On Saturday, August 4, 2012, at approximately 5:19 am units from the Seventh District responded for a report of a shooting in the 2600 block of Douglas Road, SE.  Upon arrival, they located an adult male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.  DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services personnel responded and transported the victim to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.  

The decedent is identified as 48 year-old Terrence Robinson of Southeast, Washington, DC.

The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone that provides information which leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons wanted for any homicide committed in the District of Columbia.
