Burglary/Sexual Assault in the 3800 Block of S Street, NW

A suspect entered a residence and sexually assaulted a female.

Detectives assigned to The Metropolitan Police Department’s Sexual Assault Unit are investigation a burglary and sexual assault which occurred in the 3800 block of S Street NW.

On Sunday, August 29, 2010 at approximately 7:30 am, a single suspect forced his way into a residence in the 3800 block of S Street NW. The victim was awakened by the suspect sexually assaulting her. The victim began to scream causing the suspect to flee the location.


The suspect is described as white male of average build with brown hair wearing a blue shirt.
