Arrest Made In a Robbery Force and Violence Offense: 1400 Block of Otis Place, Northwest

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Fourth District have announced an arrest in a Robbery Force and Violence offense that occurred in the 1400 block of Otis Place, Northwest, on Thursday, November 24, 2016.

At approximately 8:25 pm, the victim was walking in the 1400 block of Otis Place, Northwest, when he was approached by three suspects. One suspect hit the victim in the face with a closed fist causing him to fall to the ground.  While the victim was on the ground unconscious, the three suspects went through the victim’s pockets taking his wallet.

On Friday December 2, 2016, 39-year-old, Raymond Golt Jr. of Rockville, MD, was arrested and charged with Robbery Force and Violence. CCN: 16-199-962

This case remains under investigation.
