Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department have announced that an arrest has been made in connection with a burglary that occurred at Maury Elementary School in the 1200 block of Constitution Avenue, NE.
On Saturday, October 5, 2013, two subjects entered the school and stole numerous laptops from various classrooms before exiting the school. On January 14, 2014, after a thorough investigation, a juvenile male from Southeast, DC was arrested and charged with Burglary II. Detectives are continuing to investigate this case to identify and locate the second suspect.

The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $1,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for any burglary committed in the District of Columbia.
