On the morning of Monday, September 16, 2013, Aaron Alexis entered Building 197 at the Washington Navy Yard, where he served as an independent contractor, and carried out the most deadly workplace mass shooting in the Nation’s Capital in recent memory.
On Friday, July 4, 2014 at approximately 5:20 pm, Mr. James Oh was a victim of an Armed Robbery of Establishment. During the course of the robbery, he was physically assaulted. Mr. Oh succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday, July 8, 2014.

On Sunday, July 6, 2014 at approximately 10:06 pm, Mr. Benjamin Jennings was assaulted in the 1200 block of Bladensburg Road NE. As a result of his injuries, Mr. Jennings later died on Monday, July 7, 2014.
