On Monday, October 17, 2022 at approximately 8:27 pm, Mr. Reginald Cooper, Jr. and Mr. Davonte Berkley were shot and killed in the 1300 block of Congress Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
