The Deaf Driver Card is designed to provide motorists who are deaf or hard of hearing with a card they can present to law enforcement officers and other officials in cases where they have been pulled over or stopped to request assistance. Place a copy of the card in your glove box for safe keeping and use it to aid in explaining your special requirements.

The card is designed to be printed double-sided and contains information about how to use the card by placing it in your dashboard so it is visible as soon as you have safely stopped your vehicle. The artwork contains four copies of the card on one sheet.
