On Tuesday, May 13, 2008, at approximately 3:15 pm, Bobby Lewis Moore was located inside an abandonded building in the 5900 block of East Capitol Street, SE. It appears that his body had been there for some time. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
