On June 19, 2003, Andre Baker was shot to death while on his bicycle at the 3900 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, NW.
On May 17, 2003, at approximately 5:30 am, 30-year-old Wayne Fox Jr. , a.k.a. Duke, was seated in his car in the 1000 block of Mississippi Ave., SE when he was shot several times by an unknown suspect. The auto was a light blue 1990 Toyota Cressida.
