The Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch is seeking assistance from the public to help solve the homicides of Wilbur E. Thomas and Deon Davis. On August 12, 2002, Deon Davis AKA “Ukea” and Wilbur Thomas AKA “Stephanie,” were brutally murdered in front of 4900 C Street, SE. To date, no one has been arrested or charged in this investigation.
