Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Seventh District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a vehicle in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Gun) offense that occurred on Sunday, April 16, 2023, in the 4600 block of South Capitol Street, Southwest.
At approximately 12:02 am, Seventh District members responded to the listed location for the report of the sounds of gunshots. Upon arrival, members located a crime scene and then were informed of two adult males seeking treatment for non-life-threatening injuries at a local hospital.
The suspect vehicle was captured by surveillance cameras and can be seen in the photos below:
