Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Third District seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in reference to an Armed Robbery (Gun) offense that occurred on Monday, July 18, 2022, in the 1700 block of 17th Street, Northwest.
At approximately 11:44 am, the suspect entered an establishment at the listed location. Once inside, the suspect brandished a handgun and demanded money from the cash register. The suspect took money from the cash register then fled the scene.
The suspect was captured by a surveillance camera and can be seen in the photos below:
