George Elliott is described as a medium-complexioned 79-year-old black male, 5'7" in height, weighing approximately 135 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair.
He was reportedly last seen wearing green pants and a green shirt. Mr. Elliott may be confused and is in need of medication.
