• 42-year-old Rafael Russell, of no fixed address, was arrested for an Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle offense that occurred in the 1300 block of Good Hope Road, Southeast. CCN: 22-153-244

• A 15-year-old juvenile male, of Southeast, DC, was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle offense that occurred in the 600 block of 46^th Place, Southeast. CCN: 22-153-772

• 47-year-old Scott Thomas, of no fixed address, was arrested for an Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle offense that occurred in the 5400 block of 32^nd Street, Northwest. CCN: 22-154-571
