- 54-year-old Derrick Hayes, of District Heights, MD, 36-year-old Teyona Tolson, of Southwest, DC, and 65-year-old Carl Wingfield, of Northeast, DC, were arrested for an Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle offense that occurred in the 5000 block of A Street, Southeast. CCN: 22-149-639
