Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Fourth District announce two arrests have been made in reference to multiple Burglary offenses at the following locations:
- Burglary Two: On Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at approximately 10:20 am, in the 700 block of Hamilton Street, Northwest, the suspect forcibly entered an unoccupied residence, took property then fled the scene. 18-171-443.
- Burglary One: On Sunday, December 9, 2018, at approximately 2:08 am, in the unit block of Rittenhouse Street, Northeast, two suspects forcibly entered an occupied residence, took property then fled the scene. 18-208-723.
On Monday, January 28, 2019, pursuant to a DC Superior Court custody order, a 16-year-old juvenile male, of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with Burglary One and Burglary Two.
Previously, on Sunday, December 9, 2018, a 14-year-old juvenile female, of Northeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Burglary One in connection with the Sunday, December 9, 2018 offense.
