Arrest Made in the Homicide in the 2600 Block of Douglas Road, SE

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch have announced that an arrest has been made in the fatal shooting which occurred in the 2600 block of Douglas Road, SE.
 
On Saturday, August 4, 2012, at approximately 5:19 am units from the Seventh District responded for a report of a shooting in the 2600 block of Douglas Road, SE.  Upon arrival, they located an adult male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.  DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services personnel responded and transported the victim to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
 
The decedent is identified as 48 year-old Terrence Robinson of Southeast, Washington, DC
 
On Wednesday, August 29, 2012, a 16-year old male, of Southeast, DC, was arrested by members of the Capitol Area Regional Fugitive Task Force pursuant to an arrest warrant and charged with Second Degree Murder in the shooting death of Terrence Robinson.
