Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Third District announce an arrest has been made in reference to Burglary Two offenses that occurred in the Third District.
In each of the below offenses, the suspect gained entry to an establishment and took property then fled the scene:
- Burglary Two: On Sunday, August 21, 2022, at approximately 4:41 am, in the 1600 block of Columbia Road, Northwest. CCN: 22-120-286
- Burglary Two: On Monday, August 29, 2022, at approximately 3:30 am, in the 3100 block of Mount Pleasant Street, Northwest. CCN: 22-124-578
- Burglary Two: On Thursday, September 1, 2022, at approximately 2:01 am, in the 3200 block of Mount Pleasant Street, Northwest. CCN: 22-126-169
- Burglary Two: On Thursday, September 1, 2022, at approximately 5:00 am, in the 3200 block of Mount Pleasant Street, Northwest. CCN: 22-126-125
- Burglary Two: On Thursday, September 1, 2022, at approximately 7:00 am, in the 3200 block of Mount Pleasant Street, Northwest. CCN: 22-126-167
- Burglary Two: On Monday, September 12, 2022, at approximately 3:35 am, in the 1600 block of Columbia Road, Northwest. CCN: 22-131-935
- Burglary Two: On Monday, September 19, 2022, at approximately 2:45 am, in the 3100 block of Mount Pleasant Street, Northwest. CCN: 22-135-726

On Friday, September 30, 2022, 24-year-old Lorenzo Adams-Jenkins, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with the above offenses.
