Said Yassir Abdur-Raqib - Homicide Victim
Sunday, March 21, 1999
On Sunday, March 21, 1999, at approximately 8 pm, Said Yassir Abdur-Raqib was discovered in his residence, located in the 700 bock of Somerset Place, NW, in an unconscious condition suffering from a gunshot wound to the body. Said Yassir Abdur-Raqib was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead at 8:31 pm
