Quinton T. Cook - Homicide Victim

At approximately 1:15 this morning, Tuesday, January 11, 2005, police were called to the 300 block of 53rd Street, NE, for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival they located 29-year-old Quinton T. Cook, of the 1500 block of Kenilworth Avenue, NE, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds to the head and body. He was taken to the Prince George’s Hospital Center and pronounced dead on arrival. A second victim, a 28-year-old male, was located in the 5200 block of Blaine Street, NE, suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. He was taken to an area hospital.
