On Tuesday, January 13, 2004, at approximately 3:55 pm, Kenneth Grimsley was found suffering from gunshot wounds inside a vehicle in the 1100 block of Bladensburg Road, NE, after a reported shooting. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
