On Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at approximately 10:22 pm, Robert Spencer was shot and killed in the 100 block of Irvington Street, SW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
Update
This case was closed on Sunday, September 2013, with the arrest of 28-year-old William Hogan of Oxon Hill, MD.
