On Sunday, September 25, 2016 at approximately 2:40 am, Mr. Marcellus Thomas was shot and killed in the rear of the 400 block of Riggs Road, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
