On Wednesday, March 9, 2005, at approximately 1:45 am, Dwaine Edward Bethea, aka “Woo,” was found shot to death in the area of 13th & V Streets, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
