Strategic Services Bureau - Testing and Assessment Branch
Introduction: The Testing and Assessment Branch (TAB) develops and administers internal selection processes for sworn members including oversight of written multiple-choice tests, conducts job analysis to ensure selection processes are content valid and oversees the written testing processes for entry-level police officer and Reserve Corps officers. TAB focuses on process improvement and conducts human resource management research including best practices in testing and assessment.
Location: 300 Indiana Avenue NW, Room 6029, Washington, DC 20001
Schedule: The office is open Monday through Friday; 8:30 A.M. through 5:00 P.M. Flexible hours are available.

Number of Intern Positions: One (If no Citizen Volunteer)
Program Description: The intern/volunteer will assist in best practice research, data entry, written test administration, scheduling applicants for testing, and/or conducting statistical analysis. The intern/volunteer may also assist with general Branch activities.
