Introduction: The Medical Services Branch is currently undergoing it’s yearly Comprehensive Annual Financial Review (CAFR) audit. The review entails an analysis of the workers compensation program, and benefits advanced during the year to members of the public safety cluster.
The audit is an in-depth look at all expenditures and claims associated with the program, and the results are reported to the District of Columbia Executive Office of the Mayor.

Schedule: The office is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 A.M. through 4:30 P.M.
Number of Citizen Volunteer Positions: Two (1 of 2 Filled)
Number of Intern Positions: One
Program Description: The volunteers will be needed to assist and analyze volumes of data such as payroll information, workers compensation claims, and reconciling of information associated with this activity.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Auditing capabilities preferred but not required.
