Following graduation from the Level II Academy, field training and experience working in the field, all reserve officers may advance for Level I training. Reserve officers may also be eligible to advance into specialty positions, such as motor officers, field training officers and many other placements. In addition to placements the Reserve Corps Division follows the career supervisory rank structure and reserve members may be eligible for promotions advancing to the rank(s) of Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, Inspector and Commander.
