One Hundred Grants Awarded to Artists and Arts Organizations in the District of Columbia
Mayor Vincent C. Gray, and the D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities (DCCAH) are pleased to announce the awarding of 100 grants to local artists and nonprofit arts organizations during the Commission’s second round of grants in fiscal year 2013. The awards total $3.2 million, representing all eight wards of the District of Columbia. The second round of funding was a result of an increase of $6.8 million to the DCCAH’s original budget for this year.
