Halloween Safety Events 2012

Halloween is fun for people of all ages, but it's important that you and your children remain safe. The MPD provides safety tips for individuals wishing to go trick-or-treating in the neighborhood. MPD-sponsored events are also held in each of the seven police districts. Fliers for each of the events are included below.

Special Note: Food 4 Families will be present at each event to collect canned goods for the holiday season and to grant VIP entrance.

Safe Haven Halloween Celebration
Join the Foruth and Fifith Police Districts and Councilmember Kenyan McDuffie at the Turkey Thicket Rec. Center for a safe alternative to door-to-door "trick-or-treating." The event will include games, costume contests and much more.

Come join MPD Seventh District as we scare the demons out of you. Free food, games, give-a-ways, goody-bags, radio shout outs, the most horror, best haunted house in the entire city.

Special Guest: WPGC 95.5 Radio Station (LIVE)

Please bring dry goods or canned food to help “Food 4 Families.” Supporters will go to the head of the entrance line.
