Pieter Shapar - Homicide Victim

On Sunday, June 12, 2005, at approximately 8 pm, Pieter N. Shapar was stabbed by three black males who were breaking into his car in the 4300 block of Martin Luther King Avenue, SW. The three suspects fled the area and the victim was transported to the Washington Hospital Center MEDSTAR unit in grave condition. On July 15, 2005, the victim succumed to his injuries. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
