Cynthia Grey - Homicide Victim
Thursday, August 24, 2006
On Thursday, August 24, 2006, at approximately 11:45 pm, Cynthia Grey was shot and killed in front of 4639 block of Benning Road, SE. During the course of the shooting, Ms. Grey took the heroic action of placing a 7-month-old baby under a car to ensure he wasn’t hit by any crossfi re. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
