On Monday, October 29, 2007, at approximately 5:38 pm, Phillip Michael Thomas was shot and killed in the rear of The Church of Incarnation at 880 Eastern Avenue, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
