Crysta M. Spencer - Homicide Victim

On Monday, April 23, 2007, at approximately 4:15 pm, 6-year-old Crysta Marie Spencer was crossing 6th Street, NE, in the middle of the block near Orleans Place, NE, when she was struck by a vehicle that failed to stop and fled the scene. Crysta was taken to the Children’s National Medical Center and pronounced dead at 5 pm.
