On December 22, 2007 at approximately 2:57 am, Jerry Phelps was discovered in his apartment in the 1700 block of Trinidad Avenue, NE. He had been fatally shot. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
