Charmine Owens - Homicide Victim
Wednesday, October 3, 2007
On Wednesday, October 3, 2007, at approximately 9:54 am, police were called to the rear of 2330 Pomeroy Road, SE (Wilkinson Elementary School), for the report of an unconscious person. Upon arrival, police located Charmine Owens in rear of the location in an unconscious state. Shewas pronounced dead on the scene by the DC Medical Examiner’s Office.
