Jesse C. Edwards - Homicide Victim

On August 23, 2003, Jesse C. Edwards was shot while in a car in the area of 1st and O Streets, NW. The car was driven to the Wendy’s Restaurant on New York Avenue. Mr. Edwards was then taken to the hospital, where he died. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
