On Friday, November 2, 2007, Rick Kearney was shot in the 2700 block of 10th Street, NE. He was found in front of 4015 9th Street, NE, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
