Kelvin Jamal Willis - Homicide Victim

On Saturday, November 6, 2010, at approximately 3:30 am, Kelvin Jamal Willis was stabbed in the rear alley of the unit block of Hanover Place, NW. He died on November 22, 2010, as a result of these injuries. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
