Saturday, January 10, 2004
On Saturday, January 10, 2004, at approximately 6:30 pm, Anthony Clifford Parks was shot to death in the 2100 block of 14th St., NW. Mr. Parks was a vendor at the flea market on U Street, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
