Aloysius Roland Clarke - Homicide Victim

On Monday, January 10, 2005, at approximately 1:30 pm, members of the DC Fire Board responded to the 3800 block of 12th Street, NE, for a reported medical emergency. Upon their arrival, they located the victim, identified as Aloysius Roland Clarke, lying in the parking lot of the Riggs Bank, in an unconscious state, suffering from a laceration to the back of the head. The victim was transported the Washington Hospital Center’s MedStar Unit, where he was admitted and subsequently died of his injuries.
