News Media Pass Application

All applicants must complete a new application form each calendar year.

Because each applicant's information may change from year to year, we require a new application to be filled out for each year the individual wishes to have a media pass. Photos do not need to be updated each year unless the applicant has changed their appearance dramatically since the last time a submission was made. Please fill out all blanks on the form to the best of your ability.
