Terrance Fowler - Homicide Victim

On Saturday, June 2, 2007, at approximately 8:46 pm, Terrance Fowler was shot and killed in the rear of 5219 Clay Street, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
